Fraud Alert
Please be advised that Richard E. "Tre" Lundquist is running a company called Atlanta Metro Crime Task Force. He represents himself as a former Florida State Patrol officer. He also states that he is a former marine and was a military police officer and that he served in 2 wars.
He claims his company has been in operation for 13 years and that he has 5 other officers that work for him and that he is a gang and narcotics expert.
THE truth is that he is a Felon and is presently on 4 year felony probation in Georgia for impersonating a police officer and pointing a gun at another person. He was also arrested in Florida prior to that for impersonating a police officer, false arrest and assault.
The facts are that he has never been a police officer in Florida or any other law enforcement agency and has never been in the marines nor the military police (though he did sign up for the marines but never made it through boot camp). And he is not a gang or narcotics expert. He has no experience in law enforcement or crime prevention other than parroting a copyrighted program owned by National Crime Prevention.
His company has not been operating for 13 years--he started it 2 years ago after he was put on probation and he is the only employee other than the two women that book crime prevention programs for him.
These women call large companies and corporation’s education, medical association and government agencies to book a one hour crime prevention program for him to give stating that he is in fact a former Florida state patrol officer and former marine and was an officer in the military police.
At these programs he gives a program that is copyrighted by National Crime Prevention and he has been warned to stop using it. He also uses weapons (a shotgun and concealed weapons) that are in violation of his probation and he alse using a badge on his I.D. with the Georgia State Seal which is only to be used by Georgia law enforcement officers or other state agencies.
Also, he is selling a pepper spray at these programs that he says is so strong it is only available to law enforcement officers--not true: it is a 10% pepper spray food grade available at any discount store for $10 to$12 (and he sells it for $25!). He also offers a door alarm to be used in hotels and motels for $20 that he knows can be by passed by sliding a flat ruler under the door and moving it to the side reddering the device ineffective.
Lundquist and his company and his employees and products are a complete fraud con and scam and are being perpetrated on the unsuspected general public every day.
He often works out of state of Georgia in states like TX. FL. AL. TN. SC NC. KY . OK. Hoping no one in these states will recognize him or know his true identity or criminal status. Any contact with him or his company or employees should be reported to your local and or state authorities. And hopefully the Georgia State and Atlanta local authorities should be putting a stop to him soon.
His felony probation is out of GWINNETT COUNTY GA. CASE # 07-7500
